| Bu tezin amacı, XVIII. yüzyılda Erzurum eyâletine ait olan 1 Numaralı Ahkâm defterinin 65-130. sayfaları arasındaki hükümlerin günümüz alfabesine çevirmektir. Bu çalışmada öncelikle Osmanlı Devleti’nin merkezi yönetimi ve XVIII. yüzyılda Erzurum eyâletinin idarî yapısı özetlenerek, ahkâm defterlerinin içerdiği bilgilere yer verilmektedir. Daha sonra ahkâm defterleri hakkında kısa bilgiler verilmiş, ahkâm defterlerinin tarih bilimi açısından önemîne değinilmiştir.Tezin ana metninde ise defterdeki hükümlerin günümüz Türkçesine çevirisi yapılmış olup bu metinlerin sağladığı veriler ışığında XVIII. yüzyılda Erzurum eyâletinin sosyal, ekonomik, siyasi gibi özellikleri ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. | |||
| The purpose of this study is that the judgments between 65?130 pages of numbered 1 Ahkâm defter belonged to the province of Erzurum with a contemporary Turkish translation is to be contributed to the history of the region. In this study, first of all, by summarizing the head office of Ottoman Nation and administrative structure of Erzurum in the century of XVII, the information comprised by Ahkâm defters is included. Next, brief and concise information has been given and the importance of Ahkâm defters in view of history is mentioned.In the main part of thesis, the judgments in defter are translated into the contemporary Turkish language and in the light of information provided by the texts, the social, economic and political characteristics of Erzurum in the century of XVIII are tried to be shown. | |||
