| Müellif ya da müellifleri bilinmeyen Tarih-i Sistan şehir tarihçiliği alanında yazılmış kıymetli eserlerden biridir. Sistan şehrinin kuruluşundan 765/1363-1364 yılına kadar şehrin bilhassa siyasi tarihine dair bilgiler eserin muhtevasını oluşturmaktadır. Bu kitapta genelde İran’ın özelde ise Sistan’ın İslâm öncesi ve İslâm sonrası durumuna ilişkin oldukça önemli bilgiler bulunmaktadır. İslâm fethinden sonra İran’ın doğusunda kurulan ilk Fars hanedanlığı olan Saffarîler tarihi hakkında en detaylı bilgiler bu eserde karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Ayrıca Saffarî iktidarının kurulmasına kadar geçen dönemde Sistan ve çevresinde faaliyet gösteren Haricîler ile alakalı verilen bilgiler de eseri değerli kılan unsurlardan birisidir. Eserde İslâmi dönem siyasî tarihi ile ilgili bilgiler sunulmakla birlikte Hz. Muhammed (s.a.v)’in doğumuna kadar olan süreç uzun ve edebi cümlelerle nakledilmiştir. Hz. Osman döneminde Sistan’ın fethi kısaca aktarılmaktadır. Diğer Raşit halifelerin yanında Emeviler ve Abbâsilerin siyasî tarihleri kısa ve özlü cümlelerle bildirilmektedir. Samanîler, Gazneliler, Selçuklular, Gurlular, Harezmşahlar zamanında Sistan tarihinin yanında Moğol istilalarına da yer verilmektedir. Çalışmamızda eserde geçen Saffarîler dönemine ait bilgiler üzerinde ihtiyatla durulmuştur. Bunun yanı sıra eserin tercümesi de yapılarak araştırmacılara kitaba ulaşımda kolaylık sağlanmıştır. Yine eserin tarihi sınırları belirlenip bu sınırlar çerçevesinde devrin dinî, tarihi, siyasi, coğrafik ve sosyo-kültürel yapısı aydınlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. | |||
| The Tarikh-e Sistan that unknown author or authors is one of the valuable works written in the field city historian. The founding of the Sistan city until 765/1363-1364 year to the city’s political history is the particular information on the content of the work. In this book, there is very important informations which about Sistan in special, Iran in general the stuation before and after İslam. After the İslamic conquest about history of Saffarids that first Persian dynasty established in the east of Iran emerges in this work most detailed information. In addition, in the last period until the establishment of the power Saffari, information associated with the Kharicities that operate in and around Sistan is also one of the elements that makes the valuable work. To offer informations about the political history of the Islamic period in the work, process until the birth of Prophet Muhameed (sav) was transferred with long and literary sentences. Conquest of the Sistan in period of Hz. Osman is transferred briefly. Besides other Rashid caliphs political history of Umayyads and the Abbasids are reported short and concise sentences. Period of Samanids, Ghaznavids, Seljuks, Ghurs, Kharezmşah besides history of Sistan it is given in Mongol invasion as well. In our study we focused on informations about the Saffarid period that mentioned at the work. Additionally making transtation of the work, to researches a facilitated at acces to work. Still, historical limits of the work are determined, in the framework of this limits, religious, historical, political, geographic and socio-cultural structure of the period has been studied to be illuminated. | |||
